Q : Why some people get every thing in life and others try their best and nothing happens. I am talking about good parents, husband etc. Does it mean that some people have just born to suffer?

Answer Buddha said that whole life is suffering. There is no one who has not suffered. Everyone has different kinds of sufferings. There are some sufferings which we can see and there are some sufferings which we cannot see. If a person is hungry then we can see that person is in pain, in misery because of hunger.
But have you ever seen a person who has abundance of food & he eats like a pig. He fills his stomach too much and then experiences lot of problems like indigestion, constipation, ulcers, peptic ulcer and all the diseases happening because of eating food.
So, a hungry man can see a rich man sitting with a big buffet of food and would think that am I here to suffer? I don't even get single roti and see this person; he is going to eat this all the food. But this man eating too many things in too big quantity will suffer in future. But this suffering would be different from the suffering of a hungry man.
A man who doesn't get married, could not get married or had unsuccessful marriage is suffering, but those who are married with their own wish, are they really happy? You have to dig deep to know the truth from them. If they are honest, then they will let you know that in order to keep one another happy how many sacrifices they have to make and how much pain & turmoil is in their lives though of a different kind.
There is no one who has absolutely no suffering in his/her life. Only empowered people can make a choice for what kind of suffering they would like to have. Buddha says “It might seem a very sad & negative statement but the whole Sansara is just a dhukha. For every dhukha, every suffering, there is a cause and there is a way to come out of it.
Through meditation we gain an understanding that this whole world is just an illusion. We understand that everything has come out of emptiness which stays here for some time and then again goes back from where it has come.
