I feel so much anger in me when I do yoga or meditation…
Q : I feel so much anger in me and when I do yoga or meditation, it is more than the others days. I can feel what is happening but I can't control. Please give your valuable advice.

Answer I don't think Ashu; you can do any kind of meditation or yoga if you have this anger in your mind. You say it is happening in your mind but you can't control it.
Well, why do you want to control it? You need to understand it.
There is no fun, this idea is totally wrong, that we should control our mind, we should control our anger. Just go into the root why do you get angry. May be because you have too many expectations from others, or people have more expectations from you, may be you have too many unfulfilled desires because of which you are angry and because you have big ego and if some one hurts your ego, you get upset. So there could be added three, four, five, ten reasons, why you are angry? May be next time post me an email when you find out the answer, why you are angry? What could be the reasons? Just, go in your mind, look in your mind, and search in your mind. You will definitely find the causes of anger and if you can find the causes, then I will definitely help you, to remove the causes. When there is no cause, there won't be any effect. As long as, there is cause for anger, anger is going to remain, whether you like it or you don’t like it.
