Melt and merge why create so much of fuss
Meditation best described by Gurumaa is about melting of an individual’s ego, its not about controlling or taming one's ego, it is not even about improving ones concentration but it is about merging, about letting go of oneself in divine. Meditation is like swimming in the vast ocean of existence; from where inner treasures are discovered and one glimpse of these treasures are enough to cast off one's mind from the trivial things of life. Disputes, tensions, pressures are left way back at the shore.

Dance the life away cause it is meant to be so
Meditation is about bestowing upon oneself the blissfulness, the blessedness of the divine. An attempt to realize the divinity present in us. It is the journey from outer world to within, from periphery to the center. It is a dance of life, a state that is devoid of all states.

Be in the moment, live it absolutely this is all we have
Meditation is an egoless energy pulsating within us. Our mind is like a crowd, crowd of millions of thoughts. These thoughts either concern our past or future and dhyana is about breaking free from the memories of the past and future imagination, living up the present moment totally. It is freedom of an individual from all conflicts. This is not a state of mind but mind in union with the divine. With the help of dhyana, a person becomes joy in himself and reflects that joyousness around. Limitation of consciousness is replaced by unconditional love.

I know everything-dhyana is shattering of this illusion
Dhyana shatters the illusion of ignorance, it is the way through which distinction between the fake and the truth is known. One lives under the illusion of knowing so much, through dhyana this myth is broken and this very shattering gives birth to a new vision to see this world without boundaries and confinements.

Be a sky unto yourself
Dhyana is a breakthrough, a way of releasing the repressed thoughts in the cosmos. Deep down in our mind there are undercurrents, which disturb mind to its entire length and breadth, and dhyana is about shutting the unnecessary chatter of mind. It is melting away of mind in silence, the Pure silence, which reverberates in entire universe. It is about discovering the source of life, becoming sky unto oneself, immoveable, at peace forever, untouched.

Energies are either transformed or absorbed never repressed
Through dhyana, anger, greed or any such negativity is not killed or suppressed rather it is converted. Anger gets absorbed and converted in compassion, greed absorbed and converted in sharing, lust absorbed and converted into pure love. An individual gets enveloped in the fragrance of dhyana just like one is enveloped in an atmosphere. Dhyana helps us in absorbing the complications of life. The very complications are used as tools to smoothen broken edges of life.

Master nurtures the seed of meditation in you
It is important to learn and practice this art in front of master, a seer who paves the way for the seeker since only a master chooses to come back out of compassion from the final destination, to spread the light amongst the seekers. He/She holds the key and guide the disciple through his inner revelation and make him aware of the immense potential of attaining to Buddhahood.

When east and west meet
The unique techniques of meditation designed by Gurumaa appeal to the people of all ages, as they are very upbeat, contemporary yet they have the flavour of oriental inner sciences. Through dhyana a seeker is able to tap immense potential of free flowing energy within him. These techniques encompass both the timeless wisdom of the east and highest technical approach of the west, making seeker enjoy best of the both worlds.

Meditation in its two forms

Passive form of meditation
In passive meditations silent witnessing of thought against the backdrop of light music forms center of seeker's awareness raising the conscious levels and healings him on all three planes physiological, psychological and spiritual.

Dynamic form of meditation
In dynamic meditations active breathing forms the center of seeker's awareness acting as cleansing agent to steer clear mind of unwanted thoughts and negativity. Her meditations not only operate on the surface level of mind but also penetrate the innermost core of mind, where the roots of unwanted thoughts are hidden. These thoughts deeply embedded in the layers of mind further suppressed by circumstantial situations are allowed a cathartic release.
