Group Meditation Centers
Gurumaa’s group meditation centers actively hold Gurumaa’s meditations at various places both in India and Abroad. Seekers after six days of their worldly endeavour indulge in the experience of meditation on every Sunday. They all come together and practice various meditation techniques designed by Gurumaa. Any individual interested in having an experience of meditation is warmly welcomed at the center. Seekers are in spiritual union with each other and enjoy the spirit of meditation. A joint effort at meditation helps a seeker relax his mind in a much easier manner. He is able to shed away the built up stress under collective healing vibrations. An individual can avail Gurumaa’s discourses in the form of audio, video (cassettes and cds) and books from these centers. One can also subscribe to the issue monthly newsletter ‘Rishi Amrit’ containing all the important information regarding Ashram, Meditation camps and Gurumaa’s discourses being held at various places.
