Founded in 1999 with the motto to educate and empower girls, Shakti today stands as a strong pillar of support for daughters of handicapped parents, widows, war martyrs and also those who belong to economically weaker section of the society. They have the potential but not the opportunity. That’s for you to give.

Every year shakti extends a helping hand to a certain number of such girls who are not able to pursue their studies due to lack of funds. Last year 750 girls were provided with the financial aid to complete their education till 12th standard. And now it is the time to enable them study further.
