Florida Meditation Retreat

This is a 5 day meditation retreat with the revered mystic, Anandmurti Gurumaa. The theme of this retreat is to bring harmony in the body and mind. Until and unless one finds the core of one's being and connects with it, one remains disintegrated. The mind pulls you in one direction and the senses in others. There is a great conflict. Everyone is looking for 'something' but what it is and where it is, remains obscure. The heart says this and the brain says that. Who will tell what we really need? This retreat will answer many such vital questions.
