The flow of unconditional love showered by the beloved master is an indispensable food for soul. It weaves a beautiful milieu for the flower of meditation to bloom within. Every day, there are two meditation sessions: one in the morning and another in the evening, as the fuel for soul is as much essential as the fuel for body and mind. The divine presence of Gurumaa during these meditation sessions helps one to explore the great depths and heights of inner journey. Heart warming smiles venting out of repressed emotions, tears of joy and inexplicable joy oozing from within nourshes heart.
