Youth Team from Jalandhar

Being inspired by CEAP project conducted by Ashram team under the guidance of Gurumaaji, we decided to form a team to do some work for the cause. Firstly, we formed a team of 6 members and decided to visit Govt. Elementary School, Ladowali Road, Jalandhar, to conduct a computer education awareness program. To begin with, we organized painting competition based on the theme of Shakti and distributed gifts to the best paintings. All of them made very nice paintings depicting the message of Shakti which is to educate & empower girls. Our team members held computer classes every Friday and Saturday and educated students about use of computers. After one month, we organized a meditation session in the school and also invited teachers. Interestingly, teachers were surprised to see that all students were present to participate in the meditation session. Students & teachers felt very happy & joyous after the session. We too enjoyed conducting the program.
