Anandmurti Gurumaa: ravista, the usage of bandh is of great importance but at the right time.. when your equation of pranayam is like this that you inhale for the count of 12, you can hold for the count of 48 pulse beats and you can exhale for the count of 24, when exhalation is of the count of 24..and there is no gasping of breath in between two cycles this is the sign that you are ready for ur bandh.. not before that and never before that... singlarakesh: Guru se prem badhane ke liye kya hum kuch kar sakte hain?
