A Hollow Bamboo

Mystics are like hollow bamboos through which divinity flows. Many mystics have simply floated away through life after their ultimate experience. They convey themselves through their whole being. Their whole being is involved in it, their mind and their body too.

Gurumaa is one such mystic who conveys herself through her whole being. Her egolessness or selflessness is reflected throughout her discourses, in one of which she says that her being is like a hollow bamboo, like a flute being played by the divine's lips.
