New Age Seers Inc.

The new age seers Inc has been founded by Anandmurti Gurumaa in USA to help Indian community to keep in touch with their roots i.e. socially, spiritually and culturally. The focus remains on the problems being faced by the community in their adopted homeland. New Age Seers has been registered as non-profit charitable in USA in the year 2004. All the donations given in the favor of NASI are eligible to 100% tax deduction.

Aims & Objectives

Followings are the Aims and Objectives of New Age Seers Trust. It aims to bring an upliftment in society, establishing feeling of connectivity amongst people of different groups and helping an individual in his overall development.

Exposing young minds to Spiritualism

New Age Seer Inc under guided presence of Gurumaa aims at exposing young minds to highly powerful therapeutic spiritualism. It not only channelizes their physical energies but also directs their mental energies towards creative, constructive work helping them build a positive self-image. Eastern spiritualism fused together with western technical approach, strikes a right balance and mix for younger generation to adopt it in their lives. Easy, accessible version of spirituality helps young mind come out of many emotional aches and turbulence.

The Inc under guidance and presence of Gurumaa will be organizing meditation sessions; specially conceived and introduced by Gurumaa to help them achieve calm state of mind resulting in increased efficiency in their performance.

The Inc under guided presence of her holiness Gurumaa through discourse sessions and talks specially formulated for young minds to help them realize and recognize the richness of their cultural heritage. So that they learn to respect their cultural background and also infuse in them the moral ethical conducts and codes. They will not only develop as sound individuals with strong character but will also stand as representative of great family value system.

Universal Brotherhood

New Age Seer Inc aims at inducing the spirit of brotherhood in entirely new way. People of all age groups irrespective of their religious background sit under one roof to listen to Gurumaa. There is an atmosphere of togetherness. This togetherness does not end with the end of session but the idea is carried in the hearts of people. People join hands with each other to support various social causes and actively participate in spiritual and cultural programs.

Getting reconnected to the roots

NASI aims at strengthening the family ties, by spreading the awareness amongst the people and promoting them to get connected to their long forgotten roots. Many Indian families due to many reasons have settled abroad. These people tend to feel certain kind of vaccum in their hearts. The Inc is making sincere effort in helping NRIs to fill this gap. Group meditations, discourse sessions and various other programs offer a platform for spiritual and cultural interaction. Bouts of loneliness give way to spirit of sharing, caring, and togetherness.

Spiritual and Mental Upliftment

New Age Seer also centers its efforts in spiritual and mental upliftment of an individual. An individual is introduced to his inner harmony through various meditation techniques specially designed by Gurumaa herself to suit his personality and temperament.

Propagation of Peace and Universal Brotherhood

When world is facing difficult challenges of terrorism, racial hatred and mistrust, New Age Seer will be laying foundation of love, peace, trust, brotherhood, tolerance and patience. To achieve this goal Gurumaa with her guidance and leadership qualities, is already working tirelessly, but with New Age Seers, new dimensions would be added to the work.

Social Causes

Program of Shakti- Empowering Girl Child

It is traumatic to see the condition of women; especially in Eastern part of world, especially in a country like India- a land where woman is perceived as incarnation of Shakti, has become so cruel and unsympathetic towards her. Many rural and urban states of India have found a cure in order to get rid of the girl child. They have adopted the practice of female infanticide. The moment a girl child is born she is made to drown in the milk vessel. Everybody turns deaf to the innocent shrieks of the girl. In urban states milk vessels have been replaced by surgical instruments, the moment they come to know about the girl child through sonography, she is immediately aborted. The way of abortion is so cruel; the cry of the harmless baby does not reach the ears of cruel parents.

Anandmurti Gurumaa has been passionately voicing her objections against the discrimination of the girl child. In her true crusader spirit, Gurumaa has launched a program called “Shakti”. This program is actively providing scholarships for the daughters of handicapped parents, widows and war martyrs so that they can get an equal opportunity to receive good education and can match shoulders with her male counterparts.

This program aims at making them self reliant, ending their dependency and strengthen their education structure so that one day they can support themselves and their families with ease.

This scholarship is offered to all the girls, residents of India, irrespective of their religious background, caste and language. Under this program till now 60 pledges has been made which aims at providing a complete education to girl child.

In U.S.A a fund raising dinner for the program of Shakti was held. The program educated people about this program and response was overwhelming. It was also gratifying to see two doctors taking oath to support two girls for education fees up to the study of M.B.B.S.

How to be a member of this holy mission

You can support one girl child for mere USD 100, or equivalent in any other currency, which goes as education fee for one year. We plan to adopt these girls for their complete education up to twelfth grade. We are already supporting 160 girls as we pledge to continue supporting all those girls who approach us for this purpose. Join hands with us in strengthening the future these girls and let them be true personification of Shakti.
